UPSEE Counseling 2020: Results out; Check the seat allocation process

 Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has released the UPSEE result. The officers will start UPSEE 2020 counseling from 19 October. This year, due to COVID-19, UPSEE Counseling 2020 will be conducted in online mode. AKTU will release the detailed schedule of UPSEE counseling on the official website.

The link to the registration process will be activated after every round of UPSEE 2020 counseling. Candidates will have to complete ates choice filling and locking as per preference during UPSEE counseling 2020.

Documentation verification will be done in the counseling of UPSEE 2020. Four rounds of UPSEE 2020 counseling as well as two spot rounds will be held. Seats will be allocated according to UPSEE rank, college and course preferences, and seat availability.

UPSEE Counseling 2020

Step 1: Registration, Uploading of Documents and Fee Payment

Register for UPSEE 2020 counseling process with roll number, application number, father's name and date of birth. Upload documents for verification. Pay UPSEE counseling fee through net banking / credit card / debit card. Counseling fee is non-refundable.

Step 2: Document Verification:

After verification of the documents, candidates will be given an OTP. OTP has to be used to log in to fill the choice.

Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking

Select colleges and courses. After logging in, candidates have to select courses and colleges in order of preference.

Step 4: Seat Allocation

UPSE 2020 seat allocation results on the official website. Factors such as selection as preference, performance in entrance exam and seat availability will be taken into consideration by the officials during the allocation.

Step 5: Seat confirmation

Allotted candidates have to confirm their seat.

Freeze: If candidates want to confirm it.

Float: If the candidate wants to upgrade it in the next counseling round.

Return: If candidates do not wish to participate in further counseling rounds.

Step 6: Reporting to the allotted college:

Report of the respective colleges to confirm the admission. The reporting date will be communicated to the candidates by the officials.
